CUVÉE no1 
is a blend of chapters 4 + 6 from volume 3.* We then conditioned it on New York maple syrup and infused it with 60 mg of cafe racer.

Vol.3_Ch.4 is a boysenberry and pomegranate mead fermented with an 80:20 blend of clover and Tupelo honey. We conditioned this batch on orange blossom honey and Zereshk (dried barberries).

Vol.3_Ch.6 is a red currant, cranberry, cherry mead fermented with buckwheat honey. This batch was then conditioned on raspberry honey.
