is a mead fermented with apple blossom honey, and conditioned on Thai bananas. This batch was given our ‘Waffle treatment’ and reconditioned on wildflower honey. It was then infused with 30 mg of Apple Tartz.

Volume 02 Chapter 06 is a Hallabong mead fermented with Red Bamboo Honey. This batch was then conditioned on Tanzanian vanilla beans. Each bottle was infused with 30 mg of Orange Sherbet.

This batch was then conditioned on apple blossom honey, and given our ‘mulled’ treatment, and infused with 30mg of Sour Diesel.

Volume 01 Chapter 05 is a cherry mead that was fermented with orange blossom honey, tart cherries, and sweet cherries. This batch was then conditioned on Sourwood honey, and given our “cheesecake treatment”. we then infused it with 25 mg of Cherry Pie.

Volume 01 Chapter 04 was fermented with orange blossom honey. It was then referemented on fresh quenepas, black lime, pears and fresh mint. This batch was then conditioned on Tupelo honey, and organic Dragonwell green tea. It was then infused with 20mg of Do-Si-Dos.

Volume 01 Chapter 03 was fermented with clover honey. It was then refermented on fresh jackfruit, papaya, mango and cashews. This batch was conditioned on a blend of Mike’s Hot Honey and orange blossom honey, it was then infused with 30mg of Gorilla Glue.

Volume 01 Chapter 02 was brewed with Gallberry honey and Sumo Citrus. It was then conditioned on Tahitian vanilla, milk sugar and Tupelo honey. We then infused this batch with Orange Nana cannabis.

Volume 1 Chapter 1 was brewed with wildflower honey and fermented with fresh pomegranate and blackberries. It was then conditioned on cinnamon bark, molasses and raw wildflower honey. We chose a very special cross hybrid cross of Runtz and Kush Mints to infuse into this batch.
